200 Briards entered from 12 Different Countries.

We travelled from the UK to Zeelands in the Netherlands to compete with the best dogs in Europe, there were so many beautiful males and females.

The show was held at a lovely venue with large rings, the show organisers done a wonderful job, everything went so smoothly, there must have been a lot of thought, time and effort for the show to run so well.

We were so proud of our beautiful boy.

The show started early in the morning and Forte had to compete against 25 males in the Open dog Class.  In the afternoon the rings were opened up to make one huge ring.

All the males in the Open class had to compete in the big ring for class placements this ring really show off Forte's superb movement, ex topline and his perfect tail carraige with and excellent hook to finish off his outline., we were delighted that the judge Mr J de Brouwer (French Breed Specialist) awarded him 1st in his class.  All the male classes were judged and Forte then had to compete against all the other winners in the male classes.  Mr de Brouwer, announced that Forte was the Best Male.

We were absolutley delighted a moment to savour forever.

Forte then had to compete for Best in show against the best bitch, who was  a lovely fawn.

Best in Show was judged by the two judge - Mr de Brouwer (Dogs) and Mrs N S    (Czech Breed Specialist) judged the bitches.  After moving them around the ring one last time,

the judges gave the nod to Forte handled by little old me.  This for me was the icing on the cake of 35 years dedication and breeding of this wonderful breed that has completely taken over not only my life but my husband, children and their partners.

A moment to savour forever.
